I love working independently in this field position and being able to control my own daily schedule. This job requires a lot of driving which I liked because I was able to see a lot of the state that I wouldn't have normally seen on my own. My manager was amazing and accommodating if I need need a weekend covered if I gave enough notice.

At most I worked under a dozen weekends a year, if even if I did it wasn't a full day. I was told once hired that I would have to work weekends and holidays if it were to rain so I knew those expectations going into this role. It balanced out having to work longer hours in the summer/rainy season. As a Compliance Field Consultant I/II, I was able to have flexible hours, starting as early as I wanted (as long as I got to site by 9am), and being finished once my route was complete and all paperwork was done (during the dry season I typically ended around 1-2pm). I enjoy working at Path Light Pro! I have been able to grow quickly in the company after my performance and hard work was recognized by management. Expect $37k-$40k, similar positions with competitors pays $75k-$100k. Overall this company expects a lot from their employees but don’t want to pay the compensation. Your gas is paid for but you’re only compensated 12 cents a mile, which doesn’t even cover a flat tire or oil change. You will drive 500 miles a week and put a LOT of wear and tear on your vehicle. High staff turnover leaves gaping holes over the market area resulting in you being ask to cover sites 3 counties away.

DO NOT APPLY unless you have a proper 4x4 vehicle with good ground clearance or you will destroy your vehicle driving across uncleared land sites. You drive your own vehicle to construction sites, some have paved roads, some are completely off road. You’re expected to be available all the time- after hours, weekends, holidays etc. You are a salaried exempt employee, meaning you’re not entitled to overtime pay and you WILL work more than 40 hours per week. This job comes with a somewhat flexible schedule but long hours for which you will not be compensated for.
